My impression began with a phone call from Jana. I have never heard such a soothing comforting voice from any other office front desk personnel. Jana is even more in her element in person! The auxiliary staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Susana Hernandez is very gentle and precise in her work. There was never any "selling" of dentistry like many private practices do. The office is bright, clean, and infection control protocols strictly adhered to. My first visit and every visit since has been wonderful even having to have major dental work completed. The entire staff that I encountered were pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Blanco felt like family and was so willing to help if I needed it in between visits! Rhonda did an excellent job of x-raying and "detailing" aka cleaning my teeth and teaching me ways to improve my dental health. A gem to find. I highly recommend Dr. Blanco.
