Paige – Assistant Manager
With just over 10 years of experience in the dental field, Paige has developed a true passion for patient care and helping others feel confident in their smiles. She graduated from G.O.D.A.S in 2015 for Dental Assisting and quickly fell in love with dentistry. Since then, she has continued to grow both personally and professionally, bringing dedication, organization, and heart to the practice each day. Paige is happily married to an amazing husband and is a proud mom to her son and stepdaughter. When she’s not at the office, she loves spending time with her family—whether that’s going to church, visiting Disney, relaxing at the beach, or creating their own little adventures together.
Peggy – Dental Hygienist
Peggy is from Massachusetts. She is passionate about patient education and helping patients achieve good oral health. Peggy served in the United States Air Force as a young woman and met her husband, Jon, while serving. They have been married for 41 years and have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Peggy and Jon moved to Florida two years ago and are loving life in The Villages community. When not at work, Peggy enjoys time with her dog, Quigley, and cat, Clarence. She is also learning how to golf and play pickleball.
Lauren – Dental Hygienist
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and has been a registered dental hygienist since 2012. She has experience in private practice, public health, and education. Lauren is a compassionate and detail-oriented hygienist who is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized dental care for all her patients. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, and visiting the Disney parks. Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, she misses the beaches but loves the quieter, rural life in Central Florida.
Kierstyn – Dental Hygienist
Kierstyn is a dedicated dental hygienist who graduated from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida in 2018. She is passionate about providing excellent, efficient patient care and is committed to continuing her education to ensure she delivers the highest quality treatment possible. Kierstyn strives to create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient while helping them achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, relaxing at the beach or lake, and unwinding at home with her family.
Jeyshali – Dental Assistant
Jeyshali, known as Jey, is a Dental Assistant at Magnolia Dental. She has been with the practice since July 2022. Originally from Puerto Rico, she started her dental journey in 2020 and aspires to be a Dental Hygienist in the near future. Jeyshali has been cross-trained at Magnolia Dental in sterilization tech, dental assisting, and front desk duties. She also helps teach dental assisting at the Greater Orlando Dental Assisting School which takes place three times a year here at the office. When not at Magnolia Dental, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Adriana- Dental Assistant
Adriana achieved her dental assisting certificate 17 years ago and continues to enjoy every aspect of her work. Her favorite part is hearing patients express gratitude for finding a dental office that offers patient care and good quality work. She feels that Magnolia Dental treats patients like family from the moment they walk in the door. Adriana has learned a great deal over the years and continues to learn every day, allowing her to assist the doctors and provide the best care. On her days off, she loves spending time with her family.
Bonita – Dental Assistant
Bonita was born in Guyana, and moved to the US when she was 10 years old. She graduated from York College in 2022 and has been a surgical dental assistant since 2020. Over the past few years, she has had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. Bonita has been a part of the Magnolia Dental team since 2024 and loves to ensure that patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued in the office. She enjoys working alongside Dr. Chang, Dr. Blanco, and Dr. Hernandez in maintaining excellent care for all patients. During her time off, she enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones.
Markai – Dental Assistant
Markai has been a dental assistant for over 10 years now. She has a family of six and loves spending time with her children and traveling to new places. The most rewarding aspect of dentistry for Markai is providing the best service to make someone’s dream health a reality. “I don’t see myself being a part of anything else so wonderful, it’s a blessing to serve others.” .
