My impression began with a phone call from Jana. I have never heard such a soothing comforting voice from any other office front desk personnel. Jana is even more in her element in person! The auxiliary staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Susana Hernandez is very gentle and precise in her work. There was never any "selling" of dentistry like many private practices do. The office is bright, clean, and infection control protocols strictly adhered to.
